Consumer Offer

1.  The above offer is applicable only for retails from APR’25

2.  Cash discount / Accessories:

  • Discount shown for the model will be communicated (inclusive of GST)
  • Discount is applicable only on specified Variant only.

3.  Exchange Bonus: To claim documents required:

    Vehicle Documents:

  • Clear copy of Old / Existing Car Registration Certificate (RC)
  • Clear copy of Old / Existing Car Insurance Policy (should be valid within +/- 30 days of new car invoice) 7 T&C and Documentation– Customer Offer (2/2)
  • Clear copy of New Car DMS Invoice (clear mention of Exchange Bonus) with customer signature.
  • Clear copy of New Car Insurance Policy (Customer Name / VIN number / Engine Number should match with New Car Invoice)
  • Copy of old RC transfer in Vahaan within 6 months of DMS Retail Invoice.
  • For Scrap vehicles insurance not mandatory, Photo of Chassis Cutting & Certificate from Scrap Dealer is required [Scrap date to be within 6 month of new vehicle retail date]

    Customer Documents:

  • Customer ID – PAN Card Mandatory (If absence of PAN, Form60/61 along with any other Govt. Proof, having signature of Customer)
  • Signed Form 29/30 (RTO Purpose) will be required.
  • Clear copy of Relationship Proof – In case of Relation • Individual Owner New Vehicle : The old vehicle can be in the name of new vehicle Owner’s (Brother / Sister / Parents /Children/ Spouse) or Spouse’s (Brother, Sister, Parents) or business entity of self or spouse, where self or spouse is a Partner, Director or Proprietor. • Business Entity Owner New Vehicle: The old vehicle can be in the name of new vehicle Business Entity Owner’s (Partner’s, Director’s, Proprietor’s or Spouse of Partner’s, Director’s, Proprietor’s )

Exchange Claims will be subject to Audit by NMIPL on Regular

4.  Corporate Discount Terms and Conditions:

  • Offer is applicable on selected corporates only
  • Offer can be availed by employees of Selected Corporates/Group Companies. Spouse / Parents / Children of employees are also eligible.
  • Employees to provide their employer ID card for booking the vehicle
  • POI offer is applicable for serving and retired employees. Spouse / Parents / Children of such employees are also eligible.
  • Document Required:
    • Salary Slip, Aadhar Card, PAN Card
    • Corporate ID Card/Introductory or Appointment letter / Proof of employment for govt employees
    • Salary Slips (last 3 months only) / PPO Slip / Three months Bank account statement where pension is credited.
    • Customer Acceptance
    • Govt. approved ID card with signature
    • Proof of relationship if offer availed in name of Spouse / Parents / Children of employee.
    • Elected public representatives: proof of being elected, bank statement and Aadhaar / PAN card
    • MSME registration certificate for MSME

5.  NRI Families

  • Offer applicable to NRI fulfilling eligibility criteria (Having Green Card or Nationality Card (Tax Residency Certificate) or valid job contract / work permit, and Valid Indian passport)
  • Corporate offers will be applicable to NRI families
  • Offer is also applicable to immediate family member of NRI; Father/Mother/Brother/Sister/Spouse/Son/Daughter
  • Documentation:
     NRI Families • NRI Confirmation document – Green Card or Nationality Card (Tax Residency Certificate) or  valid job contract / work permit, Valid Indian passport
• Relationship Proof (immediate Family members (Father/Mother/Brother/Sister/Spouse/ Son/Daughter) in case purchase is on family member’s name

6.  Farmers (to be passed on Corporate / Institutional Offers):

Terms & Conditions:

  • Offer is applicable on farmers
  • Farmers to provide relevant documents as stated below towards receipt of this special institutional offer
  • Offer is applicable for immediate family of eligible customer and spouse

Documentation:

  1. Pawati Book / Copy of Farad along with Aadhar card/ Voter Card
  2. Address proof confirming customer is resident of Village. Address proof: Ration Card /Aadhar Card / Letter from Sarpanch / Other Govt
  3. document.

7.  T&C for Scrappage Incentive:

  1. Customer needs to provide certificate of Deposit (Scrappage certificate).
  2. Scrappage date should be within 1 year from New vehicle purchase.
  3. For New Magnite Exchange offer/ Scrappage Incentive whichever is higher, will be applicable. For Old Magnite as there is no Exchange offer, so only Scrappage Incentive will be applicable.
  4. Certificate of Deposit should be from Govt Authorized Scrappage Centers only. (RVSF – Registered Vehicles Scraping Facility).
