3.  Exchange Bonus: To claim documents required:

    Vehicle Documents:

• Clear copy of Old / Existing Car Registration Certificate (RC)
• Clear copy of Old / Existing Car Insurance Policy (should be valid within +/- 30 days of new car invoice) 7 T&C and Documentation– Customer Offer (2/2)
• Clear copy of New Car DMS Invoice (clear mention of Exchange Bonus) with customer signature.
• Clear copy of New Car Insurance Policy (Customer Name / VIN number / Engine Number should match with New Car Invoice)
• Copy of old RC transfer in Vahaan within 6 months of DMS Retail Invoice.
• For Scrap vehicles insurance not mandatory, Photo of Chassis Cutting & Certificate from Scrap Dealer is required [Scrap date to be within 6 month of new vehicle retail date]

    Customer Documents:

• Customer ID – PAN Card Mandatory (If absence of PAN, Form60/61 along with any other Govt. Proof, having signature of Customer)
• Signed Form 29/30 (RTO Purpose) will be required.
• Clear copy of Relationship Proof – In case of Relation • Individual Owner New Vehicle : The old vehicle can be in the name of new vehicle Owner’s (Brother / Sister / Parents /Children/ Spouse) or Spouse’s (Brother, Sister, Parents) or business entity of self or spouse, where self or spouse is a Partner, Director or Proprietor. • Business Entity Owner New Vehicle: The old vehicle can be in the name of new vehicle Business Entity Owner’s (Partner’s, Director’s, Proprietor’s or Spouse of Partner’s, Director’s, Proprietor’s )

Exchange Claims will be subject to Audit by NMIPL on Regular

4.  Corporate Discount Terms and Conditions:

• Offer is applicable on selected corporates only
• Offer can be availed by employees of Selected Corporates/Group Companies. Spouse / Parents / Children of employees are also eligible.
• Employees to provide their employer ID card for booking the vehicle
• POI offer is applicable for serving and retired employees. Spouse / Parents / Children of such employees are also eligible.

  • Salary Slip, Aadhar Card, PAN Card
  • Corporate ID Card/Introductory or Appointment letter / Proof of employment for govt employees

7.  T&C for Scrappage Incentive:

1. Customer needs to provide certificate of Deposit (Scrappage certificate).

3. For New Magnite Exchange offer/ Scrappage Incentive whichever is higher, will be applicable.
4. Certificate of Deposit should be from Govt Authorized Scrappage Centers only. (RVSF – Registered Vehicles Scraping Facility).

1.  This offer is valid only for booking and retail of New Nissan Magnite (both MY24 and MY25 variants)

2.  Each entry needs to follow the below eligibility criteria for participation:

• Customer needs to Book New Nissan Magnite (any variant) between Mar 08 – 29, 2025 (both days included)
• Customer needs to register his BOOKING on the following link: https://www.one.nissan.in/bookandwin
• Customer needs to complete payment and retail invoicing before Mar 29, 2025

3.  Failing to meet any of the above criteria will make the customer ineligible to participate in the contest

4.  In case the customer decided to cancel his Booking OR Retails after or during the contest, will automatically make him ineligible to participate

5.  There will be 5 winners in the contest, which will be decided basis a Lucky Draw

6.  Each Zone (North 1, North 2, East, West and South) will have ONE Winner (*refer point 29 for details of states in each Zone).

7.  Winner will get a refund which will be equal to the Ex-showroom price of the New Nissan Magnite Visia variant

8.  Any differential cost between the Visia variant Ex-showroom price and the Magnite variant purchased by the customer, will have to be borne by the customer

9.  Any extra charges regarding Insurance, Registration, Taxes, Gift Tax etc will also be borne by the customer

10.  The Winners will be determined by a lucky draw using a Computerized Randomizer, which will be conducted by a third party agency.

11.  The Lucky Draw will take place between Mar 30 – Apr 01, 2025

12.  The Winners will be announced on the social media channels/handles of Nissan India

13.  The result announced shall be binding and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard

14.  The winner will receive prize money within 90 days of Winner Announcement

15.  Nissan India reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend this contest at any time without any prior notice to winner/s

16.  Nissan India reserves the right to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute any information, details of this contest to third parties without any intimation to the winner/s.

17.  Nissan India reserves the right to publish the photograph and/or the name of the winner in promotional materials and advertisements as it deems fit in its sole discretion. The winners shall have no objection to this and shall submit the consent form for the same.

18.  This contest is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts based in Gurugram, Haryana.

19.  All customers enrolled in this contest are required to abide by the terms and conditions that shall govern this contest

20.  It is hereby clarified that taxes and any other statutory duties or levies as may be applicable from time to time, arising out of or as a consequence to this contest shall be solely borne by the winner. The dealer shall deduct the same from the amount payable to the winner.

21.  In case the winner selected has given a residential communication address, which is of outside India, then in such an event we do a re-draw to select another winner

22.  Decision of Nissan India would be final and binding with regard to the contest winner selection and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard

23.  This offer is non transferrable

24.  The promotional offer as well as gratification is subject to force majeure conditions

25.  Nissan India shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, if it has to discontinue or cancel the contest in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government, or for any other avoidable reason beyond their control

26.  Nissan India reserves the right as its absolute discretion to terminate this contest or vary, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions from time to time without any notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any person, the bases and methods of identification of winners and dates of the contest

27.  Nissan India won’t be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the contest, including any act or omission relating to any person’s participation howsoever caused, any error in computing any contest chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment and any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post

28.  This contest will not be applicable in the state of Tamil Nadu

29.  The activity will be void and not applicable in the State(s) where conducting such activity is prohibited by law.
